We are all brothers and sisters in Christ, but this forum is dedicated to the path Our Lady of Medjugorje directs us, to discovery of God's Love thru the sacraments of the Catholic Church.....this is a Catholic based forum...we do welcome those who are not of the Catholic faith, but we ask that they respect our beliefs....we do not wish to engage into any debatable issues regarding our faith.....

Please post only things that pertain to Medjugorje in this section....If administration feels it does not relate to actual Medjugorje discussion, we will move the thread to what we feel is the proper section...

Also another guideline for posting on the Medjugorje Forum is having a belief in Medjugorje.

No one here wishes to debate Medjugorje's authenticity. We've done that before, and it gets nowhere. There are other forums where you can do that, but this is not one of them.

If your posts do not follow this guideline that we've had for many years, unfortunately your post will be deleted and/or you will be banned from the forum.

Thank you for your support, and God bless.

Thank you :D

ALSO:

It has been decided by administration that if anyone posts threatening messages to another forum member either on the forum or via private message, that person will be banned immediately by administration.

If anyone receives a threatening message or one is posted on the forum, please inform Sean or myself.

Thank you, Sharon(LittleRed)

Has that actually happened 'here'? I find it hard to believe that someone would make the effort of finding this forum, then joining, and being the type of person to threaten another online. I am not saying I doubt it (I don't), but I just find it hard to believe.

Sometimes we get people who are anti-Catholic, or anti-Medjugorje, or just plain weird, come on and start having a go at us - they found the forum and feel they have to come on and save our souls - so yes, it's happened.

Hmm. That's too bad. Actually, I've been in trouble at some Catholic Forums for defending Medjugorje over some rather harsh critics. It is these very critics that have inspired some of my questions that I ask here. I'm not one to say 'I told you so' but I will be happy one day to point them in the direction of this forum.

Oh heavens yes! Matters of religious belief and faith have caused terrible arguements. I am on AOL and all anyone has to do is go into the Christian/Catholic chats rooms and see the meaness and ugliness that comes out as people argue and defend their beliefs. It's such an oxymoron. Of course, people can say what they want on the internet because they are hidden from the people the are chatting with. But they can't hide from EVERYONE!

Sharon,

I have been twice to Medjugorje. We were so moved by the experience the first time, that we returned 6 months later!
