An all-night Vigil will be held at the RC National Shrine to Our Lady in Walsingham’s Slipper Chapel (UK) on Friday, May 18th, from 10.00pm through to 6.00am the next day. Mgr Keith Barltrop of the Catholic Agency to Support Evangelism, (C.A.S.E.) will lead the Vigil.

The programme begins with opening prayers and Rosary and an opportunity to avail of the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This is followed by Holy Mass Mass and then a varied programme before the Blessed Sacrament, including processing the Blessed Sacrament around the grounds, intercessory prayers, silence, song, talk, Divine Mercy, Rosary and Stations of the Cross. The Vigil concludes with Mass at 5.00am.

I'm glad to see a post about Our Lady of Walsingham. We don't hear much about Our Lady of Walsingham in the USA, but there are devotees here, especially among Anglo-Catholics and Anglican Use Roman Catholics. She is well known to the Society of Mary (Anglican).
