Thanks everyone. Got two signs that I didn't ask for yesterday, firstly when I was driving home and feeling awful the first song that came on was by Abba called Chiquitia. Its lyrics spoke deeply to me.

The lyric about the feather was a bit confusing to me but just I was was walking to work a found a white feather on the ground.
Trying not to be superstitious but I felt a great comfort.
Not I've made the decision to attend daily mass for the rest of my days on this earth.
