Urgent prayer request and Medjugorje message

Today, February 25, 2022, Our Lady appeared to the visionary Marija and gave the monthly message to the world as she has been doing on the 25th of every month.

The following is the English translation of her message:

Dear children!

I am with you and we pray together.

Help me with prayer, little children, that Satan may not prevail. His power of death, hatred, and fear has visited the earth.

Therefore, little children, return to God and to prayer, to fasting and to renunciation, for all those who are downtrodden, poor, and have no voice in this world without God.

Little children, if you do not return to God and His Commandments, you do not have a future. That is why He sent me to you to guide you.

Thank you for having responded to my call.

POPE FRANCIS APPEALS
TO THE QUEEN OF PEACE
As the situation in the Ukraine continues to worsen, Pope Francis echoed the message of Medjugorje as he called for a Day of Fasting for Peace.

In the same message, the pope also asked for the intercession of “the Queen of Peace,” the title by which Our Lady referred to herself in the Medjugorje apparitions, beginning in 1981.
 


Of interesting note is also the date on which the pope declared as the Day of Fasting For Peace: March 2nd, 2022, which falls on Ash Wednesday, already a day of prayer and fasting for the Church.

As noted by visionary Mirjana Soldo in her autobiography, My Heart Will Triumph, there is a signifigance to the day March 2nd which will be evident in the future.
 

Up until two years ago, Our Lady had been appearing to Mirjana on the second day of each month over a period of many years with a special intention “to pray for those who do not know the love of God yet.”

Coincidentally, the apparition on March 2nd, 2020 was the last of Mirjana’s monthly apparitions, and Mirjana now only sees Our Lady once a year.
 

These annual apparitions take place every March 18, another date which Mirjana cites as having a signifigance that is yet to be revealed.

Not long after Pope Francis issued his appeal, Our Lady gave her monthly message to the world on February 25, 2022 (see above) during an apparition to the visionary Marija.

In the message, Our Lady’s request for prayer seem to echo the words of the pope.
